Xa site + His tag
This biomodule encodes for an Factor Xa cleaves site (IEGR) followed by 6xHis affinity tag. The opresence of Factor Xa cleavage site allows to remove the affinity tag after purification. Factor Xa cleaves after the arginine residue in its preferred cleavage site Ile-(Glu or Asp)-Gly-Arg. It will sometimes cleave at other basic residues.
